Grail Guide is a collectibles advisory tool for sports cards and trading cards. It identifies cards, estimates and looks up market values, and gives opinions to help you decide. It is an informational tool only. Nothing Grail Guide says is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and values are market reads/estimates, not guarantees. Collectibles are volatile and illiquid — you make your own decisions and bear your own risk.
You must be at least 18. Your account is tied to your phone number (over text) or email (web). You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your number/login secure.
By texting Grail Guide you consent to receive texts from us at that number, including replies and (if you opt in) proactive alerts and recaps. Reply STOP to opt out of all texts, HELP for help, or "mute" to pause alerts while keeping the chat. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Grail Guide is free to start. Pro is a paid subscription (currently $15/month) billed through Stripe. It auto-renews each period until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep Pro through the end of the paid period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping or bulk-extracting our data, no reselling or redistributing Grail Guide's outputs as a competing data product, no automated hammering of the service, and nothing illegal. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data anytime from the app.
Grail Guide is provided "as is." Card identification, values, comps, and population data come from third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grail Guide and its operator are not liable for any losses or decisions made based on the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
